Condition

The canvas is strip lined. Examination under UV light appears to show some scattered spots of retouching towards the upper left corner, and a further area of retouching towards the upper right corner, approximately 3.5cm long. There is some craquelure, in particular to the thicker pigments. There is some pigment loss visible, towards the upper part of the left edge, and a small fleck at the centre of the lower edge. This work is in overall good condition.
