Condition
The canvas is not lined. There is a thick layer of varnish preventing the UV light from fully penetrating, however, UV examination reveals no signs of retouching. There is some hairline craquelure and paint shrinkage in places, barely visible to the naked eye. There is a hole in the canvas to the centre of the right edge and some very light surface abrasion to the centre of the composition. Otherwise this work is in very good overall condition.
