Condition

Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down, attached to a sheet of paper along all four edges, which is in turn attached to the backing board along all four edges. The supporting sheet has been cut so that the work is now hinged along the upper edge. There is an artist's pin hole to the centre of the upper edge. The sheet itself is slightly undulating. There are some faint spots of foxing in places, most prominently to the background in the upper right quadrant. The sheet is time stained and the backing board should be replaced. This work is in overall good condition.
