Condition

Oil on paper laid down on canvas. UV examination reveals a small line of retouching approximately 1.5cm to the upper part of the left edge associated to a repaired tear to the paper, another retouching to the woman's lower torso and some further lines and spots predominantly to the woman's torso and the lower left quadrant. There is a crease to the sheet towards the centre of the lower edge and a few fine lines of craquelure. This work is in overall good condition.
