Condition
The medium is oil on canvas. Not lined. The work is in very good overall condition. There are three old patches, verso. There is minor cracquerlure in the whites. Under UV, there is a small (1/2 in. long) area of inpainting in the lower central boat hull, and another of the same size in the man's coat, and another about 2 in. above the man's head in the houses, associated with the aforementioned patches, as well some tiny scattered points associated with frame rubbing. The colors are bold and the work presents very well.
