Condition

The medium is oil on canvas. The canvas is unlined. The work is in good overall condition. There is good impasto retained. Under UV, there is old retouching visible in the sky, along the top edge, about an inch wide, and also along the left edge. There are a few other areas of fluorescing, in the lower right quadrant, and also the dark green plants in the lower left quadrant, at the bottom edge, and to the left of the figure, likely due to the artist's technique. The work presents very well.
