The Malte Collection proudly bears the name of the emblem of the House of Vacheron Constantin - the cross of the Maltese knights, signifying courage and honour. The collection’s tonneau shape is iconic and the debut was mind-blowing back in 1912 at Vacheron Constantin. The tonneau-shaped timepiece broke through the constraint of traditional round dial pocket watch cases. A century later in 2012, the design was rejuvenated and complications were added to the imposing series.

The invisible diamond settings were sublime for their demand of precision to the nearest micron and infinite patience. Lapidary carefully calibrate diamonds to exact standards and custom cut diamonds into the fit of tracks for the imperceptible mounting. Yet, the complication of the watch is not be undermined by the bejeweled facade. Designed, developed and produced by the Vacheron Constantin Manufacture, this manual-winding tourbillon movement and the readability elevated by the hours, minutes and seconds regulator display is appreciated by watch enthusiasts.

Contemporary in style and classic in the spirit, the Malte collection continues to be a sign of prestige. Embellished with 565 baguette-cut diamonds weighting 18.98ct approximately with exceptional whiteness (F/G) and meet the highest standard of clarity (IF/VVS), this High Jewellery timepiece exhibits the utmost luxury of the classic creation.
