Catalogue Note
Reference 16520 was the first Daytona fitted with an automatic movement. Calibre 4030 was based on the celebrated Zenith El Primero. The present lot is an attractive example of the fourth series, produced between 1993 and 1998, and characterized by the discreet serif and the straighter style of the numbers in the subsidiary dials. It is also the last series using tritium, thus having the "T Swiss Made T" dial.
