Condition

The movement and functions in working condition at the time of cataloguing. It was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement. The dial and hands in very good condition, still glowing. Case in good condition with the inevitable light scuffs and scratches throughout, one scuff to the bezel at 11. Overall in good condition. ***Please be advised that the bands on this watch are made of materials derived from endangered or otherwise protected species (i.e. alligator and crocodile) and thus not sold with the watch, they are for display purposes only. We will remove these bands prior to shipping.***

Catalogue Note

In 2003, Audemars Piguet launched a special edition of the Offshore chronograph with actor Arnold Schwarzenegger's signature engraved on the case back. Available in a very limited edition of 400 examples, these models are extremely rare and are often in demand by collectors.
