Catalogue Note

In 1967 Heuer was commissioned by the German military, the Bundeswehr, to produce a chronograph watch which was designed to cater to their pilots.

The present model with the reference 1550 SG is equipped with a Valjoux 230 manual movement and a "clean" dial - no markings beyond the "Heuer" logo. It includes a flyback function and permits easy readability, which were requested characteristics to cater to the needs of the Bundeswehr’s pilots.
