• manual winding jewelled lever movement, mono-metallic balance • silvered dial, painted Arabic numerals and dot indexes for 24-hour indication, engine-turned subsidiary dials for constant seconds and 16-minute register, outer minute and 1/5 seconds track • stainless steel brushed and polished case, down-turned lugs, split seconds chronograph mechanism operated through one rectangular chronograph pusher to the band and through the crown, snap-on back engraved  case, dial and movement signed

The movement and split seconds chronograph running at the time of cataloguing, please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement. Dial in good condition, with typical signs of ageing consistent with age, small signs of retouching, 16-minute chronograph hand with some tarnish.
