semi-circular with applied plaque inscribed in Hebrew 'Fund for Torah', below a crown supported by griffins with further animals below, the top mounted probably later with a hand, the back with an angular handle.
Condition
As noted re hand, back of cover separating, repairs at hinges, a mount detached from inside cover.
