Condition

Oil on beveled panel. The surface is clean and fresh aside from minor scattered areas of pigment separation visible to the naked eye. There is a fleck of gold frame paint at the center right edge and scattered along the lower edge. There is a small loss in the extreme upper right corner. Under UV light, the varnish fluoresces green and obscures the majority of the picture surface. There are a few, small older spots of retouching in the Rabbi's shawl and a few areas in which retouching to the pigment separation is visible. Framed, in overall good condition and ready to hang.
