Condition

Overall in very good condition. When viewed in person, the patinated bronze surfaces display a bright green patina, with darker hues and deeper than in the catalogue illustration. The patinated surfaces with some occasional light surface scratches, rubbing to the patina, light oxidizing and minor surface soiling consistent with age and gentle handling. The lower ring around the standard with a minor abrasion to the edge, not at all visually disruptive. The metal diffuser is not original, in very good condition. The vellum shade is not original and in very good condition with light surface dirt and minor surface scratches consistent with gentle use. A highly desirable and deeply sculptural model by Alberto Giacometti.
