Condition

Overall in good condition. When viewed in person the wood presents with deep figuring and a very nuanced color, slightly less yellow than in the catalogue illustration. The wooden surfaces with a few minor surface scratches and minor edge abrasions consistent with age and gentle handling. A small and stable hairline crack running from the top edge of the piece along approximately 4 in. A minor hairline crack to the upper edge of the base, stable. A superb work with monumental scale when viewed first hand.
