Condition

Overall in good original condition. The work displays great presence when viewed in person, the patina with wonderful nuances throughout, slightly darker than in the catalogue illustration. The patination with some very light discolorations, surface scratches, light surface dirt and minute abrasions that is commensurate with the natural ageing process of the material and handling, visible on the catalogue illustration. The metal stand is a bespoke later stand which has been produced to fit the gong and is in excellent condition. A superb design with sculptural presence when viewed in person.
