of circular section, the top inset with a conforming Dali marble slab and supported on five convex legs, each pierced with a single oval aperture at the widest part and joined by a continuous band of interlocking double-cushioned begonia-shaped latticework linked by double ellipses, supported on a ring base supported on five bracket feet (2)

Condition

One stool is reinforced to the underside with a single wooden transverse stretcher attached with metal screws. The same stool with a filled tenon to one of the uprights, as well as a triangular patch repair to the base. The other stool with a rectangular patch to the base. The feet are possible replacements. There are filled repairs and consolidation of joinery and some of the openwork is slightly loose.
