the bulbous body rising from flat foot and countersunk base to an angled shoulder and lipped rim, covered overall in a russet-brown glaze stopping neatly around the foot to reveal the buff-gray body

Condition

In overall good condition, with a subtle iridescence throughout the glaze. With minor firing flaws including burst glaze bubbles and minor wear throughout. A glaze drip and swath of thicker glaze visible at the shoulder.
