Description

  • cloisonne
the rounded sides rising from a short, slightly spreading foot to an everted rim, the interior and exterior decorated with a dense design of scrolling lotus in red, pink, green, yellow and blue enamel all against a turquoise ground

Condition

This dish is in good condition, but there is a small chip to the enamel to one area of the rim (4mm by 2mm) with a small associated linear enamel loss. There are also some minor surface scratches to the interior.
