the large rounded body rising from a short straight foot to a tall waisted neck and flared rim, set with a short bulbous spout, painted with a continuous design of a scholar and a lady accompanied by attendants, beside a an old man leaning against a sedan chair in a fenced garden, the neck decorated with prunus and bamboo, all divided by bands of ruyi heads, the rim dressed in brown
Condition
There is a burst bubble to the interior of the flared rim, a large iron spot on the bulbous spout, otherwise the kendi is in overall good condition.
