  • porcelain
rising from a short foot to an angled shoulder and waisted neck, set to one side with a strap handle and the other a short cylindrical spout, covered overall with a creamy-white glaze

Condition

The ewer is in good condition with the exception of a 4cm., wide firing glaze line to the lower body, old flakes and chips to the footring, a circa 5cm., firing line to the base, a 4 x 3mm glaze flake and minor glaze firing imperfections.
