well worked with a slightly tapered body with rounded sides rising to a broad shoulder and surmounted by a short waisted neck and straight mouthrim, all supported on three mythical beast mask cabriole legs, the shoulders and sides flanked by a pair of taotie mask handles suspending loose rings, the mythical beasts flanked by angular scrollwork and emerging lingzhi blooms, the cover with slightly rounded sides and surmounted by a finial in the form of a Buddhist lion with one paw resting on a ball, the stone of an even white colour
