each well potted with deep rounded sides on a straight foot rising to a flared rim, the exterior incised with four roundels of green dragons chasing 'flaming pearls' divided by pairs of clouds, above a band of lotus lappets, the interior with a further medallion of a large five-clawed dragon depicted amidst scattered flames, the decoration all in green on an egg-yolk yellow ground

Condition
There is a 1.5 cm crack (over a cloud) to the rim of one bowl. The other bowl is in very good condition with a natural firing body line near the inner mouthrim of around 1 cm and a potting body line of 1.5 cm.
