the robustly potted lower bulb of compressed globular form with pronounced shoulders, surmounted by a pear-shaped upper bulb above the constricted waist, evenly applied with a pale celadon-green glaze thinning to white at the rim, the shallow countersunk base encircled by an unglazed footring burnt orange along the perimeter, the base inscribed in underglaze blue with a six-character seal mark

Condition

Apart from minor surface scratches and wear to the mouthrim, the vase is in good condition.
