Description

  • Silver, Ivory,
  • 12.6cm., 5in. high, 12cm., 4 3/4 in. long
cast as a kneeling triton grasping and pulling a shell flanked by his tails, on a rectangular plinth with Vitruvian chased scroll border, on four ball feet with ivory casters, stamped RUNDELL BRIDGE ET RUNDELL AURIFICES REGIS

Condition

Hall marks clear to shell, base and stand. Retailers mark rubbed but legible. The ivory casters probably slightly later. Excellent gauge. Light surface wear. Good condition.
