rectangular, on stylised eagle bracket feet, the front embossed with a scene depicting Napoleon receiving the key to Vienna, the rear embossed with a similar supplication scene, within ornate Greek key borders embellished with figures and musical trophies, each end embossed with Napoleonic arms, the cover embossed with battleground ruins, applied with a model of Napoleon on horseback, gilded interior
