after the model by P. Reinicke, as a seated Chinese man passing a book to his companion, within a rococo trelliswork arbour applied with trailing flowers, the low mound base applied with leaves, crossed swords and star mark in underglaze-blue,

Condition

There is a restored firing crack across base and a section of the top of the canopy is restored with some associated restoration and chips to applied flowers and leaves.
