Kändler, each piece applied in high relief with branches of fruiting vine and painted with scattered insects, the centre of the stand and the interior of the cover painted in purple-camaïeu with courting couples beside a tree within foliate gilt frames, the finial of the cover moulded as a bust of Minerva, crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue,

Condition

Each piece with minor typical losses to the applied branches and grapes. The top of Minerva's helmet is lacking.Some overall minor wear to the gilding.
