Description
- PORCELAIN
- 11cm., 4 3/8 in. wide
decorated in Augsburg, with vignettes of chinoiserie figures at various pursuits, the base also painted with animals, the cover with a diaper patterned iron-red band, gilded rims,
Condition
The cover with some wear to the gilding at extremities.
To the base there is some restoration at one chamfered corner which extends down into the base. There has been some re-gilding and over-painting to the decoration at this area, some wear to gilded band on top edge.
