- 18cm., 7 1/8 in. high
painted with three vignettes of chinoiserie figures at various pursuits resting on gilt-scrollwork brackets enriched in purple and red scrolls, with small insects and birds in flight above, the cover with similar figures on brackets, crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue, incised Dreher's mark of a cross for Johann Christoph Pietzsch or Johann Daniel Rehschuh,
Condition
The jug is in good condition with no damage noted.
To the cover, there is an area of spray to the underside of the rim, with associated re-gilding on the top edge.
