flaring oval form with beaded rim, the openwork body with an entwined ovolo border above tulip embellished ribbon work, on a pierced lobed base with beaded rim, 1893-1906 Dutch control mark

Condition

Clear marks. Good gauge and excellent condition. foot rim a little bent and thus basket a little wobbly.
