Description
- Porcelain, Gilt-Metal
- 24.4cm., 9 3/4 in. high
painted with conversational groups under a willow tree and among foliage, later gilt embellished, the cover embossed with foliate scrolls around the central cast bow carrying figural finial, foliate engraved handle mounts and shell thumbpiece, the spout embossed with an acanthus band and terminating with a dragon mask

Condition
The later gilding to the body is worn in places but generally good. Possible repair to junction of hinge and cover. Otherwise good condition.
