Condition

In good condition. To the bottle one applied leaf with chip, the stopper with two tiny chips to leaves. The mounts are probably later.

Listed as 'Sleeping Girl beside mastiff', Foster includes this model in the first category in her article. A second example was also in the Blohm collection, sold 9th October 1961, lot 525; Beatrice Blohm von Rumohr Collection, Christie's London, 27th June 2005, lot 77.
