Natural pearl and diamond brooch, second half of the 19th century

Set with three natural pearls measuring approximately 10.6-10.9x8.9, 9.0-9.2x7.1 and 9.0-10.0x7.2mm, with cushion-shaped, circular-cut and rose diamonds.

Accompanied by The Gem & Pearl Laboratory report no. 13010, stating that the pearls were found to be natural, saltwater. Mounted in gold and silver. Pearls of roundish button shape, medium lustre, slight pitting and uneven texture to the nacre, green, grey and rose overtones. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 6.00-8.00 carats, mixed colours (majority J-L) and clarities, some I-included clarity. Secure clasp. Scratches to metal consistent with age and wear. In good condition.
