Of abstract design, claw-set with oval rubies, pavĂ©-set with circular- and single-cut diamonds, linked by baguette diamond lines, detaches to be worn as two clips, each signed Le Roy et Fils, one numbered, brooch fitting detachable.

Condition

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US; this piece may contain a ruby of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Certification of non-Burmese origin is required before the import of rubies into the US. Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewellery department for further information. Accompanied by CISGEM report no.2527 stating the rubies are of Burmese origin, with no indications of heat treatment. Each signed Le Roy et Fils Ltd, one numbered 379 SVS. Rubies medium-light purplish-red, transparent, most rubies are moderately included showing typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, a few rubies with cavities and abrasions on the surface, one ruby in particular with a signficant reaching surface fissure. Estimated total ruby weight approximately 8.00-10.00 carats. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 8.00-12.00 carats, estimated colour H-I, estimated clarity VS-SI on average. Tarnished gold throughout the metal, as well as scratches to the metal consistent with wear. Secure brooch fitting detachable. In good condition.
