Set with buff-top sapphires and emeralds, accented by circular-, single-cut, marquise-shaped and rose diamonds, applied with black and red enamel, the dial applied with Arabic numerals, push-pin set with a seed pearl, dial signed Vacheron Constantin.

Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Dial signed Vacheron Constantin. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 4.00-6.00 carats, mixed colours and clarities. Sapphires medium blue, emerald medium green, both transparent, both with abrasions consistent with wear. Seed pearl, round, white body colour, medium lustre. Some loss of black enamel in several areas, please ask department for close up images, and evidence of restoration to enamel. Later brooch fitting showing signs of repair. Red enamel in reasonably good condition. Movement working at the time of cataloguing. Dial and hands in good condition. Scratches to metal consistent with wear. Secure clasp.
