The oblong polished onyx case accented with single-cut, baguette and rose diamonds, the reverse decorated with a geometric design applied with black enamel, dial applied with Roman numerals, signed Cartier, the brooch fitting set with circular- and single-cut diamonds, numbered, French assay mark, fitted case stamped Cartier.

Condition

Please note that the movement has not been checked for timekeeping accuracy and Sotheby's will not be held responsible for any repairs should they be require. Movement not working at the time of cataloguing and would benefit from a service. French assay marks for 18 carat gold. Numbered 5520, 3565 and 079. Dial signed Cartier, in good condition with some marks due to age and some damage to the edges. Case in good condition, with usual scuffs due to age, a chip to the upper right corner of the platinum part. Enamel and onyx in good condition. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 4.00-7.00 carats, estimated colour G-I, estimated clarity VS-SI on average. Secure clasp. Case stamped Cartier.
