Of basket weave design, opening to reveal a mirror, measuring approximately 170 x 80 x 38 mm, Italian assay and maker's marks, gross weight approximately 296 grams.
Condition
Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Italian maker's mark 678AL. Mirror in good condition. Secure clasp. Scratches to metal consistent with wear. In good condition.
