Set with a Roman coin, accented with brilliant-cut diamonds, to a graduated chain of flattened curb linking, length approximately 390mm, gross weight approximately 56 grams, signed Bulgari, Italian maker's marks.
Condition
Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Signed Bulgari. Italian maker's mark 396 ROMA to coin collet. Italian maker's mark 402MI to chain clasp. Inscribed 'Paflagonia sesamus IV sec a.c.'. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.25-2.50 carats, diamonds bright and lively. Some scratches to metal consistent with wear. Clasp secure, safety catch. In good condition.
