Description

The central jewel of foliate and ribbon design set with circular-cut diamonds, suspending two cushion-shaped sapphires, to a later added six row sapphire bead necklace, length approximately 390mm, accompanied by brooch fitting.

Condition

Accompanied by The Gem & Pearl Laboratory report no. 11828, stating that sapphires are unheated. Two main cushion-shaped sapphires of medium/dark blue, transparent, typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, abrasions to facets consistent with wear. Sapphire beads of medium blue, translucent, typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, abrasions consistent with wear. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 10.00-14.00 carats, estimated colour G-I, estimated clarity VVS-VS on average. Central jewel detachable. Secure clasp and fittings. In good condition.
