Comprising: a necklace designed as a graduated line of cultured pearls measuring from approximately 11.9 to 12.8mm, the clasp set with oval and circular-cut rubies and brilliant-cut diamonds, length approximately 460mm, partial maker's mark; and a pair of pendent earrings, each with British hallmarks and maker's mark.
Condition
Accompanied by The Gem & Pearl Laboratory report no. 11988, stating that the pearls were to have no evidence of treatment and the rubies are of Burmese origin, with no evidence of heat treatment.
Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain rubies of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Earrings each stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. British hallmark stamp for 2015. Maker's mark. Pearls round in shape, of grey body colour with green and rosé overtones. Rubies of light purplish red, transparent, typical inclusions visible to the naked eye. Diamonds bright and lively. Secure clasp. Scratches to metal consistent with wear. In good condition.
