Claw-set with a cushion-shaped colour change sapphire, framed by circular-cut diamonds, size N, British hallmarks and maker's mark.

Condition

Accompanied by The Gem & Pearl Laboratory report no. 11942, stating that the colour change sapphire is of Ceylon origin, with no evidence of heat treatment, displaying blue in daylight and bluish purple in incandescent light. Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. British hallmarks. Maker's mark. Sapphire as described above in report. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.00-3.00 carats, I-included clarity, several extremely chipped and abraded.
