- Calligraphy Couplet in Caoshu
- ink on paper, pair of hanging scrolls
signed WANG YUAN, dated 1931, with a dedication, one seal of the artist, and one collector's seal
Condition
-Signs of restoration can be found on the couplet, where there appears to be paper tear previously. Paper flake in the middle of the second scroll, light foxing and tiny areas of paper losses on both scrolls can be found, which can be improved by restoration. Otherwise, generally in good condition.
