the ovoid body rising from a circular stepped foot to a cylindrical neck, flanked to each side with a pair of tubular handles, the body carved in shallow relief with a band of taotie on a leiwen ground, below a band of descending leaves at the neck, with a thin band of key-fret at the rim and the foot, the stone of a pale spinach-green tone with darker green mottling

Condition

The rim of this vase, has been very slightly cut down and there is a minor chip/nick to one side.
