Interesting letter from Freud to one of his first students and dear friend Paul Federn, about a case of obsession.

"Dr. Federn, Sie kennen die Dame, Fall von Obsession ; der Th. natürlich sehr zugänglich wenn sie nicht persönlich Schwierigkeiten macht. Ich hoffe Sie beherrschen die Sprache genügend u. erwarte Erfolg. Freud. - [You know the lady, case of obsession, which is often approachable, if she personally, does not make it difficult. I hope you have enough command of the language and expect success]"

In 1924, Paul Federn became an official representative of Freud, as well as vice president of the The Vienna Psychoanalytic Society.
