Catalogue Note

This model is very close to one pair of candelabra produced at the Peterhof Manufactory, now at the Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg (illustrated in V.B. Semyonov, Malachite, Sverdlosk, 1987, p.204).

A similar pair was offered for sale by Christie's Paris, 17 November 2011, lot 332.
