the shaped oval bases with foliate pierced borders on four leaf embellished bracket feet, each applied with two stylised wicker baskets flanking central figures of a European peasant boy and girl on raised beaded centres, stamped 8181 & 8202
Condition
Some areas of both have probably been lacquered at one point. One basket on the salt featuring the peasant boy fits loosely when screwed tight. Another basket is separate from its mounts and needs re-attaching. Hallmarks clear. Otherwise good condition. Spoons absent.
