Provenance
Sotheby's Monte Carlo, 21 May, 1978, lot 272.
Condition
To the monkey model, there is a chipped section at his hands. One carp has a tail fin re-stuck. Minute chips to extremities.
The bronze-mounts tarnished throughout and would benefit from cleaning. One gilt-bronze spout of water loose and separate.
