Description

  • the coffee pot 22.5cm, 8 7/8 in. high
painted by Josef Wundsam, with rich bunches of flowering blossoms on a gold ground with tooled-matt gold borders reserving medallions, the interior rims of the cups with white bands reserving trailing flowering vines, comprising a teapot and cover, a coffee pot and cover, a milk jug and cover, a small tazza and six cups and saucers, shield marks in underglaze-blue, various impressed numerals and date code numerals, two pieces with painter's numeral 38 in iron-red enamel,

Condition

The overall condition for a service of this size is good. One saucer with small rim chip, one cup with gilded over-chip to rim and the milk jug cover with small chip. Minor typical surface scratching.
