Description

depicting a farm scene the figure, emblematic of Autumn, modelled cutting down sheaths of wheat, next to chickens and resting sheep, a fox looks on intently from behind a fence, all underneath a canapé bedecked with bronze tendrils issuing porcelain flowers

Condition

The gilt-bronze, one fence slightly loose. With tarnishing and slight oxidisation would benefit from a clean. One porcelain chicken loose and separate. The applied porcelain flowers with some typical chips to petals. One sheep with chip to an ear.
